Ijeoma M. Anyanwu is an inspirational leader, missionary, and transformational leadership coach with a deep passion for helping individuals and families live purposefully and joyfully in alignment with God’s design. With decades of full-time missionary experience and training as a certified chaplain with the College of Chaplains (IIPEC), Nigeria, she brings both spiritual depth and practical insight to her ministry and coaching.
She is the pioneer of Raising Children God’s Way, a faith-based initiative dedicated to equipping parents and guardians with the tools and biblical principles needed to raise well-balanced, godly, and successful adults. She also anchors the Reaching the 21st Century Child Course, a specialized training program designed to empower children’s and teens’ ministry workers to effectively reach and disciple the next generation in today’s rapidly changing world.
Driven by a passion to see people discover their God-given potential and live fulfilling lives, Ijeoma hosts TruthTalk, a life-enriching broadcast that offers practical wisdom and biblical perspectives on faith, relationships, and purposeful living. Her influence extends beyond the airwaves into hands-on ministry; she has been instrumental in restoring hope to widows by facilitating housing support and educational opportunities for their children.
A devoted mentor to children and youth, Ijeoma has coordinated Bible clubs and high school fellowships for many years and is the visionary convener of the Royal Arrows Camp, a mentorship platform for disciplining children and teenagers to grow in character, purpose, and leadership. Many of her mentees have matured into responsible adults making meaningful contributions in their families and communities.
Ijeoma is also the author of Mom, Dad, Which Way? A book that offers parents a clear, biblically grounded vision for raising children in today’s world. She serves as a faculty member in a parenting school, where she continues to inspire parents to steward their parenting assignments with wisdom and intentionality.
Beyond her public work, Ijeoma finds joy in her most treasured roles as a wife and mother. She and her husband are blessed with five wonderful children, three of whom she homeschools, modeling the same principles of intentional and faith-based parenting that she teaches.
Through every platform, whether in coaching sessions, ministry training, writing, or media, Ijeoma remains committed to building strong families, nurturing godly leaders, and raising a generation that will impact the world for Christ.
