CROSS-CULTURAL COACHING
A Culturally Intelligent Approach To Transformational Life and Leadership Coaching
Faith-Based, Culturally Intelligent Coaching for Missionaries, Ministers & Leaders
You’ve achieved a lot…
But deep down, you know there’s more.
More understanding. More connection. More fruit that lasts.
You want to have an impact that cuts across cultural boundaries, not just serve others.
You want to lead with wisdom, humility, and grace in a world that doesn’t always think or believe like you do.
Without losing your identity, your faith, or your focus, you want to flourish in your calling, career, and relationships.
I get you... And you are in the right place.
I am partnering with purpose-driven missionaries, ministers, and leaders who live or serve in cross-cultural environments, helping them align their faith, values, and leadership approach with biblical and culturally intelligent principles and values that bring true and lasting transformation.
Through this one-on-one cross-cultural coaching, I assist you in bridging the gaps between vision and understanding, calling and context, and faith and fruitfulness so you can effectively serve, develop trust, and leave a legacy that exalts God in the culture in which you live and serve.
You will discover how to love and accept the people you work with, as well as appreciate the diversity and beauty of cultures. So that where there was discomfort, you will begin to experience fruitful conversations in those cultures.
